Kanye: 'I have not signed up to do Britney's music'

Kanye West has dispelled rumors that he will produce Britney Spears’ music by posting a brief denial on his blog.

In a post entitled ‘Clarity Post’, the rapper-producer said: ‘I HAVE NOT SIGNED UP 2 DO BRITNEY SPEARS MUSIC. Clarity post will be my new thing 2 de-spell all false rumors... short and sweet!’

But one thing West was willing to discuss was his feelings at being voted one of Vanity Fair’s Best Dressed people of 2008.

“THIS IS KIND OF A BIG DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!” he blogged “I've sat in front of this computer for 20 minutes trying to put into words how I feel... who all to thank... and how to celebrate... this is a true honor and I am humbled by it!!!”

Meanwhile, he will perform this weekend at Lollapalooza in Chicago.
