Rap star's co-headlining tour with Lady Gaga is looking golden
Kanye West has unveiled the design of an elaborate new stage for his forthcoming tour.
In an entry yesterday (June 29) on his blog, West posted several shots of a mock-up of the stage, which is bright gold and features a huge backdrop and several levels.
West is gearing up to kick off the European leg of his tour on Thursday (July 2). He will be joined by co-headliner Lady GaGa. "She's talented and so incredible that she's not an opening act. We're doing it together, with no opening act," West told ABC talk show 'The View'.
Dates for the North American leg of the tour this autumn are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
