Kanye West has revealed that he wants to build a theme park.
Speaking at the launch of his experimental short film 'Cruel Summer' in Cannes last week, the rapper also said that after his multiple Grammy wins, he wants to move onto greater things, GQ reports. He said:
What I want to do post-Grammys is I want to work on cities, I want to work on amusement parks, I want to change entertainment experiences or life.
Speaking about the influences behind these life-changing entertainment experiences, he added: "Something like if McQueen or Tarsem [Singh] was to meet the entertainment value of a Cirque du Soleil or a Walt Disney."
West's 30-minute short film, inspired by the rapper's forthcoming 'GOOD Music' compilation of the same name, was projected onto seven screens inside a pyramid-shaped tent, MTV reports.
The film stars hip-hop artist and actor Kid Cudi as a car thief who walls in love with a blind Arabian princess.
The rapper, who has recently been working on Justin Bieber's new album 'Believe' has just finished playing five nights at London's O2 Arena with Jay-Z for the their 'Watch The Throne tour. The duo will play Manchester's Evening News Arena on June 11 and 12, Birmingham's LG Arena on June 13 and 22 and Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on June 21.
