Kanye West's home in Los Angeles has been burgled.

The incident happened during the rapper's current Watch the Throne tour alongside Jay-Z, with West here in the UK and thousands of miles away from his pad.

The crime was reported yesterday (June 13) by a member of West's team who was at his home, reports TMZ. It is not yet known what was taken from the house, but it has been reported by TMZ that some of West's belonings were dropped outside the house by the thieves.

The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating the crime.

Kanye West recently threatened to "fuck up" a fan during an expletive-filled rant at a Watch The Throne gig in Paris. The rapper was enraged when a punter shone a laser pointer at the stage and snapped: "Don't fuck with the laser back there. Don't fuck with anybody's show."

As the fan carried on using the laser, West stopped the music and as the crowd booed, shouted: "We don't fuck around like that. You're going to get fucked up and kicked out and all of that shit. So chill the fuck out."

West and his Watch The Throne cohort Jay-Z are playing Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on June 21 and Birmingham's LG Arena on June 22.

In May, West revealed that he wants to build a theme park, explaining: "I want to work on cities, I want to work on amusement parks, I want to change entertainment experiences or life."
