Pusha T has again reiterated that there will be no follow up to the GOOD Music album 'Cruel Summer'.

It has long been rumoured that the hip-hop collective, which features Kanye West alongside Pusha T, Big Sean and 2 Chainz, would release a second album following their 2012 debut. However, speaking to radio station Power 98, Pusha T said that the individual members of the group are too busy with their own projects to work on anything together at the moment.

"We're not doing the 'Cruel Winter' album or the 'Cruel Summer' sequel. There are too many projects we got going on," he stated. "You got the 'Yeezus' album, you got the 'Hall of Fame' coming from Big Sean, you got my project, you got the 2 Chainz project. Like once we get all of that situated, then I'm sure… I mean, you even have Common coming. Right now, we’re not working on compilations."

Speaking in the same interview, Pusha T also confirmed that his new album 'My Name Is My Name' will now come out a month later than its original July 16 release date. "It's not coming out on the 16th. We're going to push it back a month. It’s been a lot of music coming out. You got the 'Ye album, You got the Cole, the Wale. But at the end of the day, I still stand my ground. That's politics and logistics. My album is the best album of the year… I think the streets are going to have a classic hip-hop album. 'My Name is My Name' is definitely the hardest album that’s going to come out this year for sure"

Earlier this year, Common spoke about the rumoured follow-up to 'Cruel Summer', saying: "Oh, yeah, nah, nah. I don't think that's happening. It was more of a rumour - cats been creating, but everybody’s been doing their solo album. So that's what that is."

Rapper Q-Tip had, however, previously stated that 'Cruel Winter' was definitely happening.
