Kanye West has reportedly been forced to slash the asking price of his Hollywood home by $500,000 (£320,000).

According to TMZ, West's bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills was originally listed for $3.3 million (£2.1 million) in March. Then in June the rapper is said to have dropped the asking price to $3.15 million (£2 million).

However, the property still hasn't been snapped up and West has now reduced the asking price to $2.8 million (£1.8 million).

Although West seems keen to drop the Hollywood home from his property portfolio, it's recently been reported that the rapper wants to buy Elvis Presley's iconic Graceland home for his girlfriend Kim Kardashian. Graceland, located in Memphis, Tennessee, is said to be worth in the region of £55 million.

Meanwhile, West has been confirmed to perform at MTV's Video Music Awards (VMAs) in New York on August 25. Other performers on the night will include Daft Punk and Lady Gaga.
