Kanye West says five 'Yeezus' offcuts might be released

The rapper also explained that "fighter jets" will be involved in next summer's wedding to Kim Kardashian

Kanye West has said five tracks which didn't make the final 'Yeezus' album might be released at a later date.

Speaking to Power 106 via Complex, the rapper revealed that five new songs could be coming out, following the release of his sixth studio album, which came out in June of this year.

In the interview he also said that he plans on marrying Kim Kardashian next summer, but hasn't set a date yet. He also revealed that "fighter jets" will be involved in the ceremony. Bookmakers Paddy Power recently offered odds of 5/1 on Kanye West being his own best man.

The rapper proposed to Kardashian last week, enlisting the help of a 50-piece orchestra to play Lana Del Rey's 'Young and Beautiful' as he popped the question in front of friends and family at the AT&T Park stadium in San Francisco.

Paddy Power have fellow rapper Jay Z as the favourite to be Kanye’s best man at 1/3 but are offering odds of 5/1 that he will take on the role himself. West's friend John Legend is the current favourite to perform for the couple at the reception at odds of 1/3, but the 'Yeezus' rapper is also on the list to perform himself with odds of 1/2.

A spokesperson for Paddy Power said, "It looks like Kayne is not going to be letting the bride outshine him on his big day in what will be possibly the bling-est wedding the world has ever seen. I think we all need to prepare to expect the unexpected."

West kicked off 'The Yeezus Tour' in Seattle on October 19. The rapper delivered a career-spanning two-hour set. The stage at the 17,500-capacity Key Arena was partly covered by a giant mountain from which he performed. Above the mountain was a large video screen projecting complicated visuals including animations of Kanye. At one point, he was joined onstage by a Jesus Christ lookalike and for several tracks he was accompanied by a troupe of backing dancers.

'The Yeezus Tour', West's first solo tour in five years, was scheduled to continue on October 20 in Vancouver but that date was postponed. The tour will run until December 7, taking in shows across North America.
