Kanye West has promised not to say anything controversial for "six months".

Speaking onstage in Toronto earlier this week (December 23), the rapper made his final rant of the year, but said it would be the last time he would do so for a while, saying that fans would have to re-listen to old interviews if they wanted to hear "some realness", reports Radar Online. He commented: "Everything I'm saying that's not allowed, soak it in right now. This might be the last time y'all hear me talk shit for a long time. Might be another like six months. At least. You're just gonna have to run back the interviews and shit if you wanna hear some realness." Watch fan shot footage of his full 27 minute speech below.

During the final gig of his North American 'Yeezus' tour, he added that he would not be laying into Nike or The Grammys again, saying he won't "ever bring up Nike again, and the only way I'll bring them up is in a positive light... I'll never bring up the Grammys again in a negative light, because I actually appreciate the 21 Grammys that I did win... So I'm letting you all now that this is the last Yeezus show, and this is the last time you'll ever hear me say [anything] negative about anyone."

Earlier this month West laid into the Grammy Awards during a gig in Phoenix, Arizona. During the show he spoke about his disappointment with the US awards body for not including 'Yeezus' in their Album of the Year category. He went to say that the nods 'Yeezus' has received for Best Rap Album and 'New Slaves' for Best Rap Song were "patronising". He commented: "People come to me and they congratulate me on those two nominations. Fuck those nominations!"

During the Toronto show, Drake joined Kanye West on stage. Appearing during the encore of West's second show in the city, the pair performed their 2009 collaboration 'Forever' together for the first time ever before airing a version of 'All Me', a track taken from Drake's latest album 'Nothing Was The Same'.
