Kasabian win Best Live Band at Shockwaves NME Awards
Noel Gallagher is on hand to dish out the honours

Kasabian have picked up the Shockwaves NME Awards gong for Best Live Band in London tonight (March 1).
The Leicester rockers were presented with the prize at London’s Hammersmith Palais by friend and Oasis leader Noel Gallagher.
The other nominees were:
Arctic Monkeys
Babyshambles
Muse
My Chemical Romance
On receiving the award, singer Tom Meighan said: "This is the first award we've ever won, so about fucking time! Thank you NME!"
