Kasabian’s Tom Meighan has explained that he is scared of the clown from the film ’It’.

The star told NME.COM that the clown’s voice was especially frightening.

'It' used to make me shit myself," he declared. "You know, the Stephen King film? I used to be petrified of that fucking clown when I was a kid, the one with the balloon. It was fucking horrible. Especially his Fred West voice: ‘they all float, they all float down ‘ere’!”

To find out what the likes of Kasabian, The Reverend, John Lydon and The Pigeon Detectives are scared of, see the new Halloween special issue of NME, out today.
