Kasabian and Lenny Kravitz are among the acts set to play at a one-off gig at the Paris Le Grand Rex to mark Peace Day next month.
The gig will take place on September 19 and will be broadcast globally by Canal+ on September 21 – Peace Day.
Other acts set to perform at the event are Keziah Jones, Ayo, Olivia Ruiz and Charlie Winston.
In a statement Peaceoneday.org founder Jeremy Gilley said: "Our goal is to reach three billion people with the message of peace one day by 2012. It's not a pipedream, it's a strategic process, but we all need to get involved."
Peace Day is a day of global ceasefire agreed on by all member nations of the United Nations. See Peaceoneday.org for more information.
