Kasabian are planning to play Spain's World Cup victory party after the country's 1-0 win over Holland in the final in South Africa last night (July 11).

Watch a brand new video interview with the band on the right now.

The Leicester outfit, who headlined T In The Park's Main Stage for most of the game, are going to perform a special show for the team after Andres Iniesta's extra-time winner.

"We'll play their victory party in Madrid, it's as simple as that," declared guitarist Serge Pizzorno.

Spanish and Liverpool striker Fernando Torres used their 2004 hit single 'Club Foot' to inspire his team to glory before every game at the tournament, reports The Sun.

"I'm buzzing Torres is into us, absolutely buzzing," Pizzorno added. "Our manager is getting in touch to get them along to a gig. Torres is a top player."

The band missed most of the final in similar circumstances four years ago when Italy won the previous World Cup against France on penalties, prompting Pizzorno to lift a huge Italian flag during their encore on the Pet Sounds Stage.
