Tickets for Kasabian's gig at London's O2 Arena on New Year's Eve go onsale today (November 11) at 9am (GMT).

The band, who will play a 13-date arena tour later this month, which already includes two shows at the O2 Arena, will headline the 20,000 capacity venue once again on December 31. Support for the show will be Chase and Status and a DJ set from Zane Lowe.

The band said they plan to see the year out in style and said of the gig: "It's been a hell of a year for us and we can't think of a better way to celebrate New Year's Eve than with our fans, friends and family by our side. We promise to set the O2 on fire! Bring on 2012!"

Kasabian released their fourth studio album 'Velociraptor!' earlier this year, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click to watch a video interview with the band talking about the album's creation.
