'Foundations' singer charms the crowd in front of the altar
Kate Nash played a gig at London’s Union Chapel venue last night (November 26), during which she debuted a brand new song.
The gig was part of Mencap’s Little Noises Sessions shows, and saw Nash headline a bill which included a surprise acoustic performance from Razorlight, plus sets from The Ting Tings, Billy Bragg and Robyn.
During Bragg’s rendition of 'A New England', Nash briefly joined him onstage to play piano and sing.
Taking the stage at 21:45 GMT holding an inhaler and cup of herbal tea, backed by her full band, Kate Nash played a set of fan favourites including 'Foundations' and 'Skeleton Song' plus an untitled new song, during which she played semi-acoustic guitar.
Nash refrained from between-song banter, but her set was rapturously received by an audience mostly made up of her hardcore fans.
