Katy B is challenging Adele for the top spot in the UK albums chart this week (beginning April 4).

The London singer's debut album 'On A Mission' is currently at Number Two in the midweek charts, behind Adele's '21', which is on course to make it 11 weeks at Number One.

If '21' remains Number One on Sunday it will be the first time since 1974 that an album has topped the chart for 11 consecutive weeks. The last one to do so was Elton John's 'Greatest Hits'.

Glasvegas's second album 'EUPHORIC /// HEARTBREAK \\\' is Number Seven in the midweeks.

In the singles chart last week's Number One, Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull's 'On The Floor', is on course to remain at the summit.

Check NME this Sunday from 7pm (BST) for the full chart rundown.
