Katy Perry announces lengthy North American tour
The 'I Kissed A Girl' star will hit the road in January
The jaunt will support the release of her debut album 'One Of The Boys', which spawned the international Number One hit 'I Kissed A Girl'. The song has sold almost six million copies worldwide.
The outing will see Perry perform in a series of intimate venues ranging from large clubs to small theatres, including the Wiltern in Los Angeles and The Fillmore At Irving Plaza in New York City.
Perry will head to Europe for some dates mid-tour before returning for the second leg in North America.
The singer recently presented and also performed at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Liverpool, where she picked the award for Best New Act.
