Katy Perry leads new album releases with 'Prism' (October 21)

Katy Perry releases her new solo album 'Prism' today (October 21).

'Prism' is the US pop star's third album and follows the hugely successful 'Teenage Dream', released in 2010. Perry's Number One single 'Roar' appears on the album as well as 'Dark Horse', a collaboration with US rapper Juicy J.

Meanwhile, Future Of The Left release their latest album 'How To Stop Your Brain In An Accident'. Described in our album review in this week's NME as "the UK's most criminally underrated rock band," the Cardiff rockers' album can be streamed here.

Also out today are new albums by AFI, Andrea Begley, DJ Rashad, Euros Childs, James Blunt, Lawson, Motorhead, Of Montreal, Omar Souleyman, Poliça, Polly Scattergood, Ryan Hemsworth, Talulah Gosh and The Wave Pictures. Meanwhile, Best Coast, Active Child, Fryars, MØ, Ballet School and Ducktails all release new EPs.
