Kelis mashes up Madonna at Glastonbury

The R&B diva plays Worthy Farm for the second time

Kelis Wireless Festival 2007
Kelis channelled Madonna as she returned to Glastonbury tonight (June 26).

The future-pop diva brought the rave to the East Dance tent at around 9pm, powering through new material and reworked classics. She finally arrived about 45 minutes late to the strains of Eurythmics' 'Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)'.

The second-most euphoric moment came when she wheeled out former hit 'Milkshake', in a dancefloor-friendly bootleg with Madonna's classic 'Holiday'. The biggest response came with the final song and recent comeback single 'Acapella'.

Wearing a denim mini-dress with short-cropped hair, Kelis brought a hi-NRG show powered by blue-haired sidekick DJ Rashida that was a far cry from last time she played Glastonbury. When she debuted at the festival in 2000 she played a rock show that saw her band cover Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'’.

Kelis played:

'22nd Century'
'Millionaire'
'Holiday/Milkshake'
'Pon De Floor'
'4th July'
'Sign Ur Name'
'Home'
'Trick Me'
'Emancipate'
'Brave'
'Space Ship'
'Get Along With You'
'Scream'
'Acapella'
