Kid Rock is planning to sue the woman who claimed that he pushed her into a snowbank.
Rock says that he will sue the woman for filing a false police report.
As previously reported the singer will not face charges after being accused of assaulting a woman outside his home.
Prosecutors said that their was insufficient evidence to charge the rapper for the crime, reports Voice of America.
