After being ordered to submit a glass sex toy to court officials as part of a sexual harassment case involving Insane Clown Posse, Kid Rock has denied that he has ever owned such an item.

The US musician was recently brought into an ongoing lawsuit involving Insane Clown Posse and a former employee of the group's Psycopathic Records label. Andrea Pellegrini claims that she was handed the glass dildo as a gift, which she rejected. The Detroit Free Press reports that the gift was then given to Kid Rock.

However, Kid Rock has now posted two letters sent to his lawyer on his website stating that he doesn't own the sex toy. "I'm told that you have issued a subpoena for a 'glass dildo' that was supposedly given to me. No idea what you're talking about, and I definitely don't have it. I've never heard of, seen, or met any people involved in this case," wrote the musician.
In the other letter Kid Rock said: "I'm told that your client has testified under oath in a deposition that he presented a former employee of Psychopathic Records with a glass dildo, who then allegedly gave the dildo to me? There are only two possible explanations for what your client said: either he is an absolute pathological liar, who for some insane reason decided to make up a bullshit story using my name or 2: he thinks he’s a comedian and was trying to be funny."

Last month attorneys for the prosecution demanded that Kid Rock hand over the item and gave him 14 days to do so. 'Dirty Dan' Diamond, an employee of Psycopathic Records, testified in court last month that he had attempted to give the gift to Pellegrini.

Pellegrini alleges she was subjected to sexual harassment, bullying and wrongful termination while working for Psychopathic Records and Insane Clown Posse. The case continues.
