Kings Of Leon, Vampire Weekend, David Bowie for 'Guitar Hero 5' game

Plus more songs are rumoured for latest version of game

The developers behind 'Guitar Hero 5', Neversoft, have announced 24 new tracks for the forthcoming edition.

Acts set to appear on the new game, out on September 1, include David Bowie, Kings Of Leon, Blur, Vampire Weekend and Beastie Boys, reports Gameinformer.com.

The 24 confirmed tracks are listed below:

Meanwhile, games website Joystiq.com has revealed what it claims is the full tracklisting for 'Guitar Hero 5', though this is yet to be confirmed by the developers.

The website reports that is has compiled its list from artists who have announced they are to be a part of the game themselves and "trusted" sources.

"We toiled six days a week and pulled together previously announced artists and trusted sources to obtain the complete (though not officially confirmed) set of tracks," the website states.
