Arctic Monkeys, Kings Of Leon to kick off Reading And Leeds Festivals
Plus Prodigy, Faith No More, Kaiser Chiefs to play first day of events

Kings Of Leon are set to headline the first day of the Reading Festival 2009 tonight (August 28), while Arctic Monkeys will headline the Leeds Festival.
NME.COM will be bringing you live coverage of the three-day bashes.
In Reading tonight on the Main Stage Kaiser Chiefs, Placebo, Fall Out Boy and Deftones are among the acts playing before the Followills.
Faith No More will headline the NME/Radio 1 stage in Reading. Jamie T, Friendly Fires, Florence And The Machine, Jack Penate and The Horrors will play before them.
The Reading Festival Republic stage will be headed up by Biffy Clyro spin-off band Marmaduke Duke, playing their final live shows of 2009. Mark Lanegan's project Soulsavers, The Big Pink, Black Lips, Bombay Bicycle Club and A Place To Bury Strangers will play before the bearded rockers.
The rock-led Lock-Up stage in Reading will be headlined by Billy Talent, with Anti-Flag and Alexisonfire among the acts playing before them.
Over in Leeds The Prodigy, Maximo Park, Ian Brown, The Courteeners and Enter Shikari will play before Arctic Monkeys on the Main Stage.
Beth Ditto's Gossip will head up the NME/Radio 1 stage, playing after Gossip, White Lies, The Maccabees, Patrick Wolf and Dinosaur Pile-up.
Bring Me Horizon will headline the Festival Republic stage, playing after acts including Hockey, The Chapman Family, Marina And The Diamonds and Baddies.
The Leeds Lock-Up stage will be headlined by Rise Against, who play after The Bronx, Rival Schools and Municipal Waste.
