Hear a teaser of unreleased Kings Of Leon track – video
Upcoming 'Talihina Sky' DVD release contains footage of an unreleased song
The documentary, which made its debut in UK cinemas on June 25, chronicles the band's entire career so far, from their modest upbringing to their rise to international fame.
Fan site Closer To KOL posted the clip, which shows the band playing the song during a soundcheck before a gig, with soundbites of interviews with family members playing throughout. The actual vocals to the song don't begin until about two minutes in.
The band recently made a successful return to the stage in South Africa and Australia after cancelling their US tour and going on hiatus in July. Drummer Nathan Followill told Australia's news.com.au that the time away did the band well:
The break did us all good. We actually got the chance to miss what we do for a living. It's easy to take that for granted when it seems like it's always going to be there.
Talihina Sky will be available in the UK on DVD and Blu-ray on October 31. Check out NME's review of the film and watch the clip below.
