Kings Of Leon are to release a career spanning, six-disc boxset later this year.

The Nashville rockers will release the compilation, which will include all five of their studio albums plus a 2009 live DVD recorded in London, on May 13. Included in the box will be the band's albums 'Youth and Young Manhood', 'Aha Shake Heartbreak', 'Because Of The Times', 'Only By The Night' and 'Come Around Sundown' plus the DVD release Live at The O2 London

Kings of Leon are set to headline this summer's V festival. Taking place over the weekend of August 17-18 at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire, the two-day event will see the band take to the main stage along with Beyoncé – which will be her only European festival appearance this year.

Kings Of Leon have also been confirmed to play a number of European festivals, including Poland's Open'er Festival, Optimus Alive in Portugal and Rock Werchter in Belgium. They will play shows in London, Manchester and Birmingham in June and July, staring at London's O2 Arena on June 12 and 13 before playing Manchester Arena on June 24 and 25. The tour then runs to Birmingham's LG Arena on July 9-10.
