Kings Of Leon have urged more of their fans to get naked during live shows.

The band invited one male fan backstage for a beer after he stripped entirely nude during a performance in Birmingham in 2013. Now, in a new interview with Q, the Tennessee band have welcomed any further nudity during their live performances.

"We are all married, all very faithful and kinda boring now, so it wouldn't hurt to see a little nudity at a concert, but it never happens!" Nathan Followill told the magazine. "I think that was the last nudity; the Birmingham Sausage! It did spice up the show a little bit."

Frontman Caleb Followill added: "We're up there pouring our hearts out and if someone wants to show us a little skin, then that will only add a little variety to our show. So anyone out there, preferably of the female variety... but if anyone wants to hang a little dong we'll look at that too."

Kings Of Leon tour Britain later this year and have also been announced as the Sunday night headliners of Isle of Wight festival. The band will take to the Main Stage on June 15, joining already announced acts Red Hot Chili Peppers and Biffy Clyro at the top of the bill.

The Tennessee rockers released their sixth album 'Mechanical Bull' in September 2013. It became their fourth Number One album in the UK.

Kings Of Leon will play:

Newcastle St James' Park (May 31)
Sheffield Motorpoint Arena (June 17)
Manchester Phones 4U Arena (18)
Glasgow SSE Hydro Arena (20)
Milton Keynes Bowl (22)
