SONGWRITER WANTS MORE FROM KISS

Kiss are being sued by a songwriter who claims he's owed millions in publishing royalties.

Stan Penridge who wrote songs for Kiss in the 70s, claims he was told to "kiss off" by the band's record company Universal when he sought payment.

His lawyers filed a suit against Kiss, the band's publishing company and the Universal Music Group in California Superior Court last Monday (February 28).

Kiss are about to embark on a world tour which they claim will be their last ever. The group are expected to arrive in the UK later this year.
