WHO LET THE CAT OUT?

KISS drummer PETER CRISS has left the band during their continuing 'FAREWELL WORLD TOUR', leaving former drummer ERIC SINGER to fill his place.

In a statement on the official Kiss website, www.kissonline.com, the band don't give a reason for Criss's departure, but say new drummer Singer has been a "cornerstone" for the band in the past.

The statement reads: "Eric has been a member of our family, and his drumming and singing have been the cornerstone of past Kiss tours. We are stoked that we can bring our ultimate spectacle to Kiss fans worldwide".

Singer was the drummer in Kiss between 1991 and 1996. Criss has also left Kiss once before, in 1980. The band are due to take their 'Farewell' tour to Japan and Australia next month.
