HOT START TO BENICASSIM!

BENICASSIM festival got off to a scorching start last night (August 5).

Crowds pitched up tents in 40 degree temperatures in the town, just outside Valencia, for Spain´s premier live music event.

Highlights of the opening night party were Ash, who kept crowds raving until 6am with a DJ set that drew heavily on current album ´Devin Dazzle and the Neon Fever´ as well as Lou Reed´s party anthem ´Take Me Out´.

Always ones to start the party early, Kraftwerk were out in force backstage, getting ready for their 6pm set this afternoon.
