Kylie Minogue has dramatically returned to the live stage at the London Astoria’s G-A-Y club night.
In a surprise appearance on Saturday (June 10), the diminutive Aussie performed for the first time since her diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer over a year ago.
Emerging on stage during the encore of sister Dannii’s show to promote her ’Hits And Beyond’ album, Kylie told the crowd: “I just want to congratulate my beautiful little sister and wish her all the best with her album.”
The star of hit singles like ’Locomotion’ and ’Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’ then sang some of Dannii’s ’Jump To The Beat’ a capella for the frenzied crowd.
NME.COM recently revealed that Kylie is likely to headline 2007’s Glastonbury Festival, after she was forced to cancel her appearance last year due to her breast cancer diagnosis.
