Kylie to restart Australian tour

She’s also recording again

Kylie to restart Australian tour

Kylie Minogue is restart the Australian leg of her Showgirl tour in November.

The tour was originally set to take place in May 2005, but was delayed when Kylie’s was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The tour will be renamed ’Showgirl Homecoming’ and will be spread out over a longer time to ease the pressure on the singer.

Speaking to the BBC, Australian concert promoter and friend of Minogue Michael Gudinski said: “She is getting tired on the odd day, but she looked as fit as a fiddle…We are very confident that the tour will be going ahead in November.”

“You can’t keep Kylie down,” he said “She’s actually recording in the studio and working on songs as we speak.”

As previously reported by NME.COM the singer will do her first interview since being diagnosed with breast cancer with Sky One on July 16.

Kylie is also tipped to headline Glastonbury 2007 after being forced to cancel her slot in 2005.
