Kylie Minogue to play New Year's Eve gig
As part of her ‘Showgirl Homecoming’ tour
Kylie Minogue is set to play a special New Year’s Eve show at London’s Wembley Arena.
It is part of her Showgirl Homecoming tour.
In a statement she said : “I’ve been to some great New Year’s parties over the years and I can’t wait to host what will be the biggest party of all.”
It will be her first UK show since her cancer diagnosis in May 2005.
A special dancefloor with a 3,500 person capacity will be built, and the venue will stay open until 1am.
The BBC reports that Transport For London has announced the Tube will be free and run until 4.30am.
