La Roux and Jenny Lewis are amongst the latest additions to the Bestival line-up.

Outkast, Beck and Foals are set to headline this year's Bestival. The festival, which is held in the Isle Of Wight's Robin Hill Park from September 4-7, will stage a tropical 'Desert Island Disco' fancy dress theme, following 2013's nautical 'HMS Bestival' theme.

Other new bands on the bill include Reverend and the Makers, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Kitty, Daisy and Lewis, Dub Pistols, Bipolar Sunshine and more. Speaking about the line-up additions, festival founder Rob Da Bank has commented: "From pop to metal, rockabilly to raging techno, Bestivalites have no boundaries when it comes to what they wanna watch, so I book it all! I'm totally chuffed to have La Roux returning to the Big Top once again, the traditional Saturday mosh pit should be in evidence for Skindred, amazing songstress Jenny Lewis will be warming it up for Beck and Bipolar Sunshine and Catfish and The Bottlemen are two of the hottest acts of 2014."

Bestival organisers are planning to enter the Guinness Book of World Records by implanting the world's biggest disco ball at this year's event. The disco ball will be built in honour of the Sunday night headliner Nile Rodgers, who will be performing with his band Chic.

Other acts set to play Bestival 2014 include Disclosure, Major Lazer, London Grammar, Sam Smith, Wild Beasts, Clean Bandit, Caribou, Chvrches, Busta Rhymes and Laura Mvula. For more information, visit Bestival.net.
