Jason Derulo scores first UK Number One single

Plus Lady GaGa returns to albums chart summit

Jason Derulo is celebrating his first UK Number One single tonight (February 28).

The US singer went straight to the summit with 'In My Head', which followed his Number Three charting track 'Whatcha Say'.

Ellie Goulding entered the singles chart at Number Four with 'Starry Eyed', while Sugababes' new single 'Wear My Kiss' debuted at Number Seven.

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga returned to Number One with 'The Fame' after spending 59 weeks in the Official Albums Chart – 40 of which have been in the Top 10, according to the Official Charts Company.

New entries included The Courteeners' second album 'Falcon' at Number Six and Marina And The Diamonds' debut album 'The Family Jewels' at Number Five.

Johnny Cash's latest posthumous release, 'American VI: Ain't No Grave', went in at Number Nine.
