The 'Telephone' singer has become the second female solo artist to achieve such a feat after Dido did the same with her second album 'Life For Rent' between 2003 and 2004.
'The Fame' debuted at Number Three in January 2009 before hitting the top spot in April that year, where it stayed at Number One for four consecutive weeks, according to the Official Charts Company.
It returned to the summit again on two separate occasions, each for a week, in March 2010 before returning to the top again today (April 11).
