Lady Gaga tweets lyrics to new single 'Applause'
Track is the lead single from her forthcoming new album 'ARTPOP'
The 'Born This Way' singer wrote:

The track, to be released on August 19, is the first to be taken from her forthcoming new album 'ARTPOP', which is due out on November 11. The album will also be released as an app, which "combines music, art, fashion and technology with a new interactive worldwide community."
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga has been accused of breaching immigration laws in Russia and promoting "gay propaganda" during a 2012 live show. Russian politician Vitaly Milonov has filed a request for the prosecutor general to launch an investigation into Gaga's stay in Russia, alleging that she broke the law by performing for money in Russia while only holding a tourist visa. Milonov has previously called for the same action to be taken against Madonna. Both artists are accused of "promoting homosexuality" by the politician, who is sponsor of the city's law prohibiting gay propaganda among minors.
There is a chance that Gaga's case will be forwarded to the Foreign Ministry and the Federal Migration Service for further investigation. A representative for the Russian prosecutor general said of the investigations: "The visas issued were of the basic cultural exchange sort, which does not grant their bearers the right to engage in any commercial activity."
