Lady Sovereign postpones 'secret' US shows
Visa complications force rescheduling of dates
Three ‘secret’ Lady Sovereign gigs in the US have been pushed back a week due to complications in securing the rapper’s visa.
She was supposed to perform at Pianos in New York tonight (January 26) but that show has been moved to February 2. Tickets for the original date will be honoured. It is sold-out.
Her Twitter account today said: "Sorry! Just got word that the US secret show dates have been delayed to February cos of Visa issues. Dates R confirmed, but waiting 2share'm".
Her new album ‘Jigsaw’ comes out April 7 via Midget Records.
The new dates are:
New York, NY Pianos (February 2)
Chicago, IL Logan Square Auditorium (4)
Los Angeles, CA The Echo (6)
