UK AND IRELAND FOR THE 'CHOP

Lambchop are to play two rare shows this autumn featuring their full line-up.

The band will appear at London's Royal Festival Hall on September 23 and Dublin's Olympia Theatre on September 24.

These will be the only two European dates this year that fans can see all members perform. However, it is not yet clear exactly how many of the band mainman Kurt Wagner intends to bring with him from Nashville. Lambchop have anything from 14 to 20 members depending on additional string and horn players. It is likely to be nearer 20 for the UK show, as a full string section has been promised.

The band, for many years in the vanguard of alt-country Americana, released their sixth album, the soul tinged 'Nixon', to widespread critical acclaim in February.
