Lana Del Rey is scheduled to perform on American Idol this week, according to online reports.

According to Idolator.com, the singer's name is printed alongside scheduled performers Demi Lovato and Daughtry on tickets for tomorrow night's (March 15) taping of the show.

Del Rey endured an extremely negative reaction when she made her live US TV debut earlier this year on Saturday Night Live, making her rumoured decision to perform on American Idol a little surprising. She has yet to comment on the speculation.

Lana Del Rey was added to the line-up for this year's Isle Of Wight Festival late last week.

The singer, who is also scheduled to perform at Radio 1's Big Weekend in Hackney in June, will play a 45-minute set in the festival's Big Top Tent on the festival's opening night (June 22).

The festival, which will be headlined by Pearl Jam, Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen, takes place from June 22–24 next summer.
