Lana Del Rey has started work on the follow-up to her multi-million selling 2012 debut, 'Born To Die'.
The singer is currently recording in a studio in Santa Monica near Los Angeles, reports the Daily Mail.
In November of last year Del Rey released 'The Paradise Edition' of her debut album.
The record included her cover of 'Blue Velvet', as well as the songs 'Body Electric', 'Gods & Monsters', 'Yayo' and 'Ride'. Scroll down to watch the 10-minute long video for 'Ride'.
Lana Del Rey initially recorded her cover of 'Blue Velvet' for a commercial for clothing company H&M. The 'Video Games' songstress became the new face of the fashion brand's 'LA noir' collection in July of last year, appearing in a television advertisement singing the song, which has become heavily associated with cult filmmaker David Lynch's 1986 movie of the same name.
The new tracks on 'The Paradise Edition' were produced by Rick Rubin, Dan Heath, Justin Parker, Emile Hayne and Rick Nowels.
