Laura Marling announces two New York shows
And her debut album gets US release date
Laura Marling has announced two shows in New York, set to take place next month.
The singer will play a show at Glasslands in Brooklyn on June 16, and one at Mercury Lounge on June 18 to support the forthcoming release of her debut album ‘Alas I Cannot Swim’.
Released in the UK in February, the record is scheduled to hit North American shelves on August 19.
Marling played a stellar set as part of the Press Here Garden Party at SXSW in March, and recently opened for Adam Green at his hometown show at Town Hall in New York last weekend (May 10).
She will play:
Brooklyn, NY Glasslands (June 16)
New York, NY Mercury Lounge (18)
