Alan Vega cover 'Bye Bye Bayou' available to download now
LCD Soundsystem have made a song, a cover of Alan Vega's 'Bye Bye Bayou', available as a free download.
The song is available to download from the group's official website, Lcdsoundsystem.com, for the first 20,000 fans to click on the link.
The song was originally meant to be released on November 7. "Well, 'Bye Bye Bayou' totally leaked everywhere," Murphy wrote on the site, adding, "which shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, since anything that exists is essentially all over the internet in five minutes."
The third LCD Soundsystem album is due for release in March next year - although 'Bye Bye Bayou' is not expected to feature. It will be the follow-up to 2007's 'Sound Of Silver'.
