Led Zeppelin guitarist 'on the mend'
Jimmy Page reveals how he broke THAT finger
Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page says his broken finger is recovering well.
As previously reported, the band postponed their reunion show due to Page’s injured finger.
The gig was originally scheduled for November 26 at London’s O2 Arena and has now been rescheduled for December 10.
Last night (November 5), Page revealed that he had fractured the little finger of his left hand in a fall in his garden.
He said: “It’s a nuisance because it’s really needed.”
He added that the damage was “not permanent”, explaining: “I’ve broken fingers before, a lot worse than this.”
Speaking about what Led Zeppelin would play at their reunion gig, Page said that the band would play “a lot of the songs that people would want to hear”.
He told BBC News: “We just got together and started playing and it started to take on its own shape.”
