'X Factor' champ Leona Lewis 'slapped' at London book signing
Police are called to Waterstone's store after altercation
Leona Lewis has reportedly been slapped during a book signing at Waterstone's' Piccadilly shop in London this afternoon (October 14).
Scotland Yard has confirmed that police officers attended the central London branch of the shop, where Lewis was signing copies of her book 'Dreams', reports BBC News.
"The female did not require hospital treatment – we are at the scene," the spokesman confirmed.
Waterstone's have so far refused to release details about what took place.
