Lewis' version of 'Hurt' is taken from a new EP, which will also contain covers of 'Iris' by the Goo Goo Dolls and 'Colorblind' by Counting Crows.
Originally set for release in November, Lewis' third album 'Glassheart', will now be released on March 26, 2012. The album is set to feature songwriting and production from Emeli Sande, Ryan Tedder, Ammo, Fraser T Smith, Steve Robson, Autumn Rowe and Sandy Vee.
Confirmed tracks on the album include 'Collide' with Avicii, 'Trouble', 'Mountains', 'Glassheart', 'Fire Flies', 'Blank Page' and 'Sugar'.
