'After The Ball Drops' is on its way

Les Savy Fav cover Nirvana, Pixies on first live album

Les Savy Fav have announced that they will release their first-ever live album this spring.

'After The Ball Drops' is due out digitally on April 29. The 15-track album documents the band's 2008 New Year's performance at New York's Bowery Ballroom.

It includes covers of Nirvana's 'Sliver', Pixies' 'Debaser' and Creedence Clearwater Revival's 'Hey Tonight'.

The tracklisting is:

'Sweat Descends'
'Yawn Yawn Yawn'
'We'll Make A Lover Of You'
'The Year Before The Year 2000'
'The Lowest Bitter'
'Who Rocks The Party'

'Hey Tonight' (Creedence Clearwater Revival cover)
'Debaser' (Pixies cover)
'Astro Zombies' (Misfits cover)
'Sliver' (Nirvana cover)
'Everybody's Gotta Live' (Love cover)


Meanwhile, the band are gearing up to play several live US dates including California's Coachella Festival on April 25, as previously reported.
