THE WIGHT STUFF! Levellers Tickets
The [b]'On The Fiddle Weekend'[/b] takes place on the [b]Isle Of Wight[/b] in September...
THE LEVELLERS will host their own mini-festival, 'ON THE FIDDLE WEEKEND', from September 1-3 on the ISLE OF WIGHT.
The three days will feature two shows from The Levellers at Ryde Ice Arena (1,2) with support to be confirmed, as well as a Howard Marks-hosted cabaret, a fan club convention, an exhibition of bassist Jeremy Cunningham's paintings and a playback of the band's new album.
The currently untitled record, the follow-up to their 'Best Of...' compilation from October 1998, has been slated for a release through China/EastWest Records on September 11. It will be preceded by a single during August.
The band currently in the studio, play two shows prior to their weekender at Crawley Leisure Centre (July 27) and Nottingham Rock City (July 29).
