Liars have revealed details of their new album, set for release in early 2010.
Named 'Sisterworld', the album will be the band's fifth studio effort, and their first full-length since their 2007 self-titled album.
The album was recorded in Los Angeles and produced by the band and Tom Biller, who has worked with Kanye West and Beck in the past.
"We're interested in the alternate spaces people create in order to maintain identity in a city like LA," the band said. "Environments where outcasts and loners celebrate a skewered relationship to society."
