Justin Bieber has confirmed that he has recorded new music with Lil Wayne.

The diminutive popstar revealed that he was working with the rapper on his official Twitter page and then posted a picture of the two of them together.

Writing about the collaboration, Bieber tweeted: "Good time in the studio last night. Back at it tonight. Oh yeah and big bro came through". The Canadian star then stated that 'big bro' meant Lil Wayne.

The track is likely to end up on Bieber's next studio album, which he is currently recording, with Timbaland among the producers who are known to contributed to the album.

Lil Wayne is set to release a new studio album, which is to be titled 'I Am Not A Human Being 2', in the coming months. He will also release a memoir documenting his time in prison, which is titled 'Gone Till November', on November 28 this year.
