Lil Wayne announces details of new album
'The Rebirth' will be out in April
Lil Wayne has announced that he will release a new studio album, 'The Rebirth', on April 6.
The rapper will give fans a taster of the album by broadcasting a performance of the as-yet untitled lead single from the record from his forthcoming show at the San Diego Cox Arena.
The performance can be heard at Lil Wayne's MySpace page, Myspace.com/lilwayne, at 5:40am (GMT) on January 28. The studio version of the song will be released immediately after the online live premiere.
The album will be the follow-up to last year's 'Tha Carter III'.
