The recent feud between Lil Wayne and his long-time label, Cash Money Records, shows no signs of subsiding after the rapper was filmed on-stage yelling, "Fuck Cash Money".

It was reported in January that Wayne is suing Cash Money and the label's owner, Bryan 'Birdman' Williams, for $51 million (£37 million) as he believes the company has violated his contract by not releasing his latest album, 'Tha Carter V'.

As well as severing his contract with the firm, the 32-year-old is requesting he be declared the joint copyright holder of everything released on his Cash Money imprint, Young Money, home to Drake and Nicki Minaj. Birdman has stated that 'Tha Carter V' is still set for release, however, with plans in place to release the record "in due time".

As reported by Design & Trend, Wayne was performing in Jacksonville, Florida on Thursday (April 2), when he was filmed saying, "'Free Weezy Album' coming soon. 'Carter V' coming soon. Fuck Cash Money," before dropping the mic. Scroll down to watch the fan-recorded footage.

Wayne announced the release of the 'Free Weezy Album' on Twitter in February, telling his 21m followers that the "free album" will be released "soon". No further details have since been revealed.
